This elixir is a supportive blend for your heart, mind and spirit. Passionflower is a powerful herb traditionally used to support with anxiety, stress, depression, and insomnia.  Damiana is known for its aphrodisiac qualities but it is also a wonderful tonic for the nervous system, helping to bring you back to your center. Rose is a gentle heart opener, helping to move the emotional energy through your body and restore the balance. This blend will support you in moving through grief when you feel you need some spiritual/emotional grounding; as a gentle sleep aid if you suffer from anxiety-induced insomnia; as a love elixir for self-love/self-care; or as a love elixir with your sweetie. Add it to your favorite cup of tea or cocktail for a loving touch.

Directions: Shake gently before using. Add 1 dropperful of elixir to 8oz of water, other beverage, or under the tongue - 2x a day, or as needed to support with nervous tension and anxiety, or supporting matters of the heart.
