What is your return/exchange/refund policy? 

Due to the nature of the products, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. Please read the ingredients carefully. If you are unsure, test a small patch of skin with a product and wait 24 hours to see if an allergic reaction occurs. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at nearyalchemy@gmail.com and we would be happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.

If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, please notify us and send a photo of the damage to nearyalchemy@gmail.com so that we may submit a claim to the shipping provider and send a replacement product as soon as possible.

 

What payments do you accept?

When will my items ship? 

Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment.

 

Why are there such limited quantities? 

Neary Alchemy products are handcrafted with high quality ingredients and set with healing intentions in small batches in accordance with the moon's cycle. Therefore, each batch is unique, holding an astrological signature of the cosmos under which it was formed.

 

What are your products made with?

Neary Alchemy products are formulated with natural ingredients derived from the Earth, using organic herbs, butters, and oils at every possible chance. This means NO synthetic ingredients, preservatives, parabens, sulfates, dyes, harsh chemicals, fillers, perfumes, or petroleum - to name a few. 

 

My salve looks like it's crystallizing a little on the surface. Is that normal?

Yes - shea butter is probably the culprit, as it naturally crystallizes due to temperature fluctuations. Since we use a variety of oils (olive, jojoba, sunflower) and butters (shea and kokum) there is a likelihood that the salve may have slight crystallization - but it should not affect the quality. Keep your salve in a cool, dry place.
