This herbal infusion supports one with tapping into your inner self in the dream realm - for the purpose of aligning with that true self and releasing the things in life that have overstayed their welcome.

In preparation for your inner exploration, set an intention for how you'd like your time to be, and reflect/write about the following prompts:

What presently blocks me from manifesting them, and what must I release?

What power do I hold inside that needs to be drawn upon and brought into my conscious life?

Handcrafted with love, healing intentions, and the following plant allies: mugwort, wood betony, damiana, lemon balm, chamomile, lavender, passionflower, rose petals, infused with Rose Quartz and Amethyst energy.

Directions: Prepare this 40-60 minutes before bedtime. Steep 1-2 teaspoons per 8 oz. of boiling water for 5 minutes. For a stronger brew, use more herbs and steep longer. Sweeten with honey to your liking.
